So out of 82 potential defendants, the CPS could only find 16 to charge, but unfortunately they had not broken the law at the time, so the Spannermen had to wait two years in order to be fitted up with morality crimes that were questionably and tenuously attached to the OAPA of 1861 in order to perhaps be successfully prosecuted???

Operation Spanner had never been a REAL police investigation, – it was only disguised as one.

Fake search warrants had apparently been used to raid and seize property from the Spannermen, rendering the raids, evidence and prosecutions unlawful, or inadmissible, but the case had proceeded (two years later) without challenge at the time, thus indicating that the matter had been “hushed-up”, to the detriment of both justice and the defendants. However the searches and seizures had been unlawful on all counts even without the fake warrants. This fact still stands true, even on the theoretically incorrect supposition and hypothesis (of the seemingly [at very least] chronically ill-informed) that the OPB had been invited into the 16 houses as guests, but even should this have theoretically been the case, the Spannermen could not authorise an unlawful search and seizure of/from the premises. It would still remain unlawful without relevant paperwork (as one example) as of both 1987, and 1860’s Common law. Since no crime had been committed; nor discovered, nor any other relevant good reason; seizure of goods had also been plain and simple theft from the properties/ Spannermen.

The whole Spanner case and trial had been a blatant and fraudulent scam and hoax from day 1 in November 1983, and had never been concerned with seeking or dispensing justice, but rather had not only unlawfully detained, targeted, humiliated, shamed, defunded and punished certain innocent individuals as a form of indirect retaliation for the exposure of corruption leading to the later stemming discovery of state child trafficking and highly-priced child snuff and porn involving use of public funds, and children “in care” merely as two examples, but had also been a direct attack on gay men in accordance with the purpose of the whole agenda of the ritual, (which had been mainly concerned with executing gay men).

We are left with 66 potential defendants that could NOT be prosecuted in an easier manner.

WHY?

WHAT HAD PREVENTED THEM FROM BEING PROSECUTED?

Well, the 16 Spannermen had NOT been singled out for prosecution in 1989 as the “nucleus of the circle” from 82 defendants at all, as the other 66 victims were completely unrelated to the Spannermen, and no longer existed at that date, as they had all been apparently charged and immediately executed – (or possibly first tortured) – by various teams of police in their own homes in a summary manner, between 1983 and 1986, as a police secret society training, initiation, and ritual sacrifice, possibly after the victims arranging to meet a (non-existent) advertiser or responder to a gay SM contact magazine at an earlier date, (and almost certainly were also innocent of any crime); with all the deaths believed to have been recorded as “suicide”; – but to return to the 16 – they had been singled out in November 1983 for prosecution as visitors to a whistleblower’s Harford address, as “victims” for satanic ritual purposes – thus proffering such opportunities of very wide-ranging charges a very real possibility against all those persons and institutions involved in the scam – and there were indeed many – (the 1983 reported corruption later found to be originating from the highest levels of public office and above) – but unfortunately even after using fake search warrants (now confirmed) against the men to unlawfully seize property in 1986 to 1987, (including thousands of pounds worth of heavy duty leather and SM fetish and bondage gear, clothing, watches and jewellery – which had never been returned), with common law assault charges under an 1861 Act being issued against the Spannermen, but without any related arrests at that point, (although these would normally fail in court since the men had all consented), and even after sifting through all the seized property over months, the OPB found that the men could still not be charged as there was no crime that any of the Spannermen could be charged with.. The “circle” (the blatant lie of a “nationwide ring”) had never existed in the first place. The case and raids (but not the surveillance at Harford) had originally been shelved for three years, until 1986, when the code 6 cullings had completed. The sanctions imposed during the raids meant that the Spannermen could not contact one another from the date of the raid (mostly 1987) until late December 1990.

It was not against the law to be without crystal balls! – The fact remains that they had all been considered to be entirely innocent prior to the case, and that is also confirmed by the existing evidence that was always available to the court at that time. This had not been taken into account in the proper manner, as it was not just only that they believed they had not done anything wrong, but that the law at the time viewed consensual rough sex as permissible. The ritual would have also stipulated that the jailed men (as victims) must first be innocent of any wrongdoing! – otherwise they would not fit the bill as “victims”, in the real sense of the word.

They were therefore intended to be jailed whilst also innocent, as part of the ritual.

The purpose and intention of the Spannermen being added to the existing ritual as “victims” had never been to treat them fairly, nor in accordance with any rules. This is also confirmed by the fact that there had been no precedence in the prosecution of harmless consensual SM sexual practices by the courts, even on such basis of imagined theoretically different outcome scenarios, prior to the case; and also contrary to the biased decision altogether; furthermore, the consensual practices used to obtain satisfaction of sexual libido IS ENTIRELY ELIGIBLE for exception under the law, and of much higher importance than boxing, for instance, as it relates to the continuation of basic good physical and mental health of a human body by satisfying physiological needs which may not be achieved in any other way to the same degree. Whether or not a person should enjoy good physical and mental health or not cannot lawfully be dependent or decided upon their sexual predilections. It is something that does not qualify for permission of a court in the first place through being a basic necessity of life.

The Spanner Operation Victims

Operation Codes statistics update.

On Page 7 we disclose the operation (ritual) codes, and it can be seen that a total of 666 (estimated) victims were targeted at home (=raids) as initial section of the ritual.

However, the operational ritual had set out in the number three sequence, the necessary data to enable satisfactory completion of the six-year ritual including dates and statistics.

The set-out sequence had been contained in 3, 33, 333, 3333 as the following;

3 – The ritual consists of 3 sequences of requirements – 3, 6, and 9 sequences. (9 was the partly-publicised one- the “official” story).

What is a hexagon? (It represents the 3D cube of Saturn in 2 dimensional form)

A hexagon is a nut that requires a SPANNER to exert control, and to turn the hexagon to the required setting. The hexagon in basic form illustrates Saturn’s (the hexagon/ cube) power over the elements and forces of nature (the triangles).

The 6 year long ritual – on behalf of the crown – and intended as initiation by/for or both, the newly appointed “witchfinder”, had been undertaken as sacrificial worship of Saturn (the Dark Sun). The total death toll of 111 indicates that the ritual had been sealed with a curse. It represents the three-sided triangle to be multiplied by 6 (the number of Saturn) to give 666.
